Adding the driver-side slider window
A driver-side forward half-slider added daylight, ventilation, and a view from the living area.
Installed by Dan Moore in Salt Lake City.
The recorded installation used a VWD forward crew half-slider with Trim-Lok edge trim and Sikaflex automotive urethane. It is one of the most visible changes to the original cargo shell.
The public photo shows the installed window from inside the van. A future inspection still needs to document the product label, cut edge, urethane cure, drainage, opening travel, and leak performance.
