Starting with a finished floor
The van arrived with a completed floor assembly, which immediately made the cargo space more usable.
The floor is complete and appears to be in generally good condition. It is now the working surface for laying out templates, parts, and tools.
I still need to identify the materials, hidden layers, total thickness, and attachment method. The exact floor system is unknown, so there is no product link yet.
